Our FOUNDER
Meet Kiana TERRELL
Kiana Terrell is a community builder, healthcare professional, and the founder of Nola Miles Club—a wellness movement rooted in one belief: health should be proactive, accessible, and built in community.
After working in population health, Kiana saw a hard truth—Louisiana consistently ranks near the bottom in the nation for health outcomes, with care often beginning only after something has already gone wrong.
She wanted to change that.
Nola Miles Club was created as a response—a space where people can take ownership of their health through movement, connection, and access to resources that support real lifestyle change.
What began as a small gathering has grown into a thriving wellness collective, with 300–400 people showing up weekly and a growing digital community of over 25,000. Through partnerships and community-driven programming, Nola Miles Club has generated over $90,000 in economic impact for local businesses while connecting members to opportunities beyond fitness—including jobs, brand partnerships, and access to wellness services.
But the vision goes further.
Kiana is building toward a future where Nola Miles Club becomes a physical wellness hub and a strategic partner to health systems—redefining what preventative care looks like and creating a model that can scale beyond New Orleans.
Her goal is simple:
To build something people don’t just attend—but belong to.
